So far I've found www.ncix.com (canadian side) to be pretty good, although their they try to take you on "insurance" and other such BS to cover their good prices. They also have price matching to other online vendors although they get to pick and choose.
I've bought quite a few things from them, I bought 5 Seagate hard drives, an antenna for my wireless dlink router (which worked! 2.5x the range), and some other stuff. They've been very good thus far although they tax their shipping cost (the bastards), you're not supposed to tax shipping. Shipping via Canada Post is the way to go as most other shipping options they inflate the prices, they operate out of British columbia and have online forums and user reviews and whatnot. It's a pretty impressive site overall even if their prices aren't always the lowest and their website layout is not always the best.
